Does Shake & Stir-Up supply the alcohol?

No.  In compliance with Texas liquor laws, we cannot purchase the alcohol; the event organizer must do so.  However, we will work together to determine types/quantities of alcohol needed and help with placing the order.

Can I sample your drinks/milkshakes before I book?

Yes!  We host 'open house' events where you can sample and get to know us!  Message us to get information on when the next 'open house' will take place.

Why put cocktails, wine, and beer on tap?

We are super excited to offer a mobile taproom service for our clients!  There are a few reasons we love this option:

1) it makes the wait time at the bar so much less for you and your guests so everyone can enjoy the party more!

2) buying beer and wine in kegs and making big batch cocktails is usually a much cheaper option for YOU

3) reduced waste!  Kegs can get sanitized and reused many times whereas regular glass bottles, at best, get recycled

What's the process to book?

First, message us with details about your event and we'll provide a proposal.  When you are ready to book, we'll work out the details and send over a contract for you to sign and submit a deposit.  From there, if you're serving signature cocktails/shakes we'll schedule a consultation.  We'll work together to place an order for any alcohol to be served.  On the day of the event we'll arrive early to get everything set-up and stay after to clean up the bar area.  We want everything to be as seamless as possible for you!
